White-label paid media for agencies

Your client wants France.
I'm your French paid media team.

Google Ads and Meta for the French market — run natively, not translated, under your agency's brand. You keep the client, the relationship and the margin.

Brands I've run campaigns for

The France problem

Translated campaigns quietly burn budget

Most agencies expanding a client into France do the reasonable thing: they duplicate the English account and run the keywords through a translator. It works well enough that nobody notices it's quietly burning 30–40% of the budget — until someone finally reads the French search terms report.

France isn't a translation of the UK or US market. It's different search behaviour, a different competitive set, ad creative that has to feel local on Meta, and a regulator with opinions.

  • Intent doesn't translate French buyers search "pas cher", "avis", brand + model — literal keywords miss the money.
  • Shopping feeds fail silently Bad attributes, VAT and GTINs get feeds throttled or disapproved — no alert.
  • Ad copy reads foreign The wrong register drops CTR, Quality Score follows, CPCs climb.
  • Compliance bites French disclosure rules — disapprovals are slow and costly to unpick from abroad.
  • Nobody can read the results A French search-terms report turns account reviews into guesswork.
How we work together

Three ways agencies use me

Pick the one that fits how your agency is set up. Most partners start with the second and grow into the first.

Most popular

White label

For agencies without an in-house paid media team

I become your paid media department. Your brand, your client relationship, your invoice — I stay invisible.

  • Google Ads and Meta, run under your brand
  • Work inside your client's ad account or yours
  • Reporting in your template, your logo
  • Join client calls as "your media lead" if useful
  • NDA and non-solicitation signed as standard

Extra capacity

For agencies that already run paid media

Extra hands when you're at capacity, or a specialist for the jobs your team would rather not take on.

  • Account audits before a pitch or takeover
  • New account builds and migrations
  • Shopping, Performance Max and Meta setup
  • Cover during holidays or team gaps
  • Day rate or fixed-scope project

French market entry

For UK, US, Irish and Swiss agencies

Your client is launching in France. I handle the paid acquisition side end to end, from a native French base.

  • French keyword and audience research
  • Native copy and creative, not translation
  • Merchant Center and feed localisation
  • Local compliance and disapproval handling
  • Results explained back to you in English

For partners who want one accountable person across the funnel

Beyond media: the full acquisition stack

Media is the front door — it's what agencies come to me for. But once we're working together, I can run the rest of the acquisition engine too, so you have a single specialist instead of stitching freelancers together.

  • CRM setup & lifecycle automation
  • Scraping & targeted lead lists
  • Cold email & outreach sequencing
  • Tracking, attribution & reporting

How we halved a cosmetic clinic's cost per lead

The challenge

An aesthetic-care provider wanted maximum lead volume in a vertical where Google's health-advertising policies restrict what you can say and show — with no room for disapprovals.

What we did

Ran a coordinated Google Ads and Meta strategy, A/B tested landing pages, monitored the competition, and produced creatives built to stay inside the health-sector rules.

How we built an apparel account to 8× ROAS from scratch

The challenge

A women's apparel brand needed Search and Shopping campaigns created from zero, with revenue that had to comfortably outrun spend.

What we did

Launched Performance Max and Shopping, ran Search with A/B ad-copy testing, tuned smart-bidding strategies, and kept negative keywords current to protect efficiency.

What we did

How we cut a training school's cost per lead to €7

The challenge

A professional training school (courses eligible for state 'CPF' funding) was generating leads at too high a cost per acquisition and needed the account rebuilt around a clear CPA target.

What we did

Audited the high-CPA account, restructured campaigns and reviewed landing pages end to end, revised all creatives and graphic design, and A/B tested down to a target cost per lead.

The challenge

What we did

Managed the daily budget at scale, imported offline conversions to score lead quality, built audience lists targeting high-ticket prospects, and monitored incoming lead quality continuously.

FAQ

The questions agencies actually ask

Will you go around us and approach our client directly?

No — and it's contractual, not a promise. Every agency partnership starts with a signed NDA and non-solicitation clause. My business model depends on agencies referring me to other agencies; poaching one client would end that permanently.

Does the client ever know I'm involved?

Entirely your call. Some partners keep me fully invisible — their brand on every report, all communication through their account manager. Others introduce me as their French paid media specialist, which can help win the deal. Both work.

How do you charge?

A fixed monthly retainer per account for ongoing management, or a fixed fee for one-off projects like audits, builds and migrations. Never a percentage of ad spend — it creates the wrong incentive. You're billed by me and you set your own margin on top.

Whose ad account do the campaigns live in?

Whichever you prefer. I can work inside your MCC, the client's own account, or set up a new one. I'd generally recommend the client owning their account and granting access — it removes an objection later and it's never cost me a partner.

What's the minimum commitment?

One account, one month, for ongoing management. Audits and project work have no commitment at all. I'd rather prove the work on a single account than negotiate a twelve-month contract with someone who hasn't seen my output yet.

Do you only do France?

France is where I add the most value and it's my native market. I also run English-language accounts across the UK, Ireland and the US, and manage multilingual Swiss campaigns. If your need is French, that's the strongest case for working with me.

Which platforms do you cover?

Google Ads across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen and YouTube, plus Microsoft Ads, Meta and TikTok. Paid media is the core of what I do. Beyond it, some partners also have me run CRM automation, scraping and lead lists, and cold-email outreach — the full acquisition stack — but media is almost always where we start.

How quickly can you start?

Audits typically come back within five business days. A new account build goes live in two to three weeks depending on how quickly tracking and feed access come through.
